Croatia 2026 Terms of Participation

Version 1.0, effective from 1 September 2026

This document sets out exactly what you are buying, what is included in the price, what gets settled on board, and the rules for sailing across the Adriatic for a week. You accept this document at purchase together with the service terms and conditions.

1Organiser

1.1

The organiser of the Baltic Experience Croatia 2026 trip is NEOGRAFIKO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (NEOGRAFIKO sp. z o.o.), Osiedle 60-lecia Odzyskania Niepodległości Polski 14/4, 83-200 Starogard Gdański, KRS 0000920900, NIP 5922285976, REGON 389905136.

1.2

We run the trip under the Baltic Experience brand.

1.3

Contact for trip matters: [email protected], +48 888 797 988.

1.4

These terms of participation form an integral part of the contract concluded when purchasing through the service, and apply together with the service and online sales terms and conditions. In matters concerning the trip itself, the terms of participation take precedence.

1.5

The participant accepts these terms by placing an order through the service.

2Dates, route and programme

2.1

Trip dates: 26.09-03.10.2026. Seven days on the water.

2.2

Start and finish: Split, Croatia. The participant arranges their own travel to and from Split.

2.3

The fleet numbers around 10 catamarans, roughly 100 participants in total. The number of boats may change depending on the number of bookings and charter availability.

2.4

Outline fleet route:

  • Split,
  • Šolta, Nečujam bay,
  • Brač, Milna,
  • Pakleni Islands,
  • Hvar, Stari Grad,
  • Brač, Lučice,
  • Trogir,
  • Split.
2.5

The outline programme includes:

  • floating sessions with the whole fleet on the water,
  • sunset sessions,
  • DJ sets and live sessions,
  • evenings in port and shared trips ashore.
2.6

We announce the detailed programme, artist names and times in stages before departure: through the service and in the closed participants group.

2.7

The programme is outline in nature. Its elements may change under the terms described in the "Changes to the route and programme" section.

3Price, what is included and additional costs

3.1

Prices for each standard are listed in the service in Polish zloty, shown separately for a cabin for 2 people and for a berth in a shared cabin.

3.2

The price includes:

  • a place in the chosen cabin on the catamaran for the period 26.09-03.10.2026,
  • a professional skipper on every boat,
  • your boat's participation in the seven-day Baltic Experience Croatia 2026 flotilla,
  • coordination of the whole fleet and organisation of the outline route,
  • the shared trip programme: sessions, events and evenings in port,
  • professional photo and video documentation of the whole project,
  • access to the closed participants group before departure.
3.3

The price does not include:

  • travel to Croatia and back,
  • fuel used by the catamaran,
  • marina, port and mooring fees,
  • participants' meals and the participants' share of the skipper's meal costs,
  • travel insurance and accident insurance,
  • restaurants, clubs and attractions ashore,
  • additional activities, including jet skis and flyboarding, if not included in the final programme,
  • the participant's own personal expenses.
3.4

Shared boat costs (fuel, marinas, the skipper's meals) are settled on board, split equally among the participants on a given catamaran, based on actual usage. We provide an estimated amount for these costs before departure.

3.5

The boat's owner may require a refundable charter deposit or the purchase of deposit-loss insurance instead. We inform participants of the amount, payment method and settlement terms before departure. The deposit is not revenue for the organiser and is refunded on the terms set by the boat's owner.

4Standards and boat allocation

4.1

The trip runs across four standards:

  • Classic: Lagoon 40,
  • Premium: Lagoon 42 Millenium,
  • Premium+: Lagoon 46,
  • Signature: Lagoon 50.
4.2

Current prices, descriptions and specifications for all standards are available in the service.

4.3

The listed boat models are indicative. The organiser guarantees the class and standard of the yacht, not a specific hull, build year or name. Substitution with a boat of the same or higher class is not a service defect and does not entitle the participant to a refund.

4.4

The organiser determines the allocation of participants to specific boats and cabins, and confirms it before departure.

4.5

A participant who buys a cabin has sole use of it and names the second person who will share it with them.

4.6

A participant who buys a berth in a shared cabin shares the cabin with another person assigned by the organiser. When pairing participants we take stated preferences into account, including requests to share with a specific person, where the fleet configuration allows it.

4.7

Changing the assigned boat or cabin at a participant's request is possible only where availability allows it.

5Payment and booking confirmation

5.1

Participation is paid in full, meaning 100% of the price, when placing the order through the service.

5.2

Payment is processed online via Paynow. You have 45 minutes from placing the order to complete payment. After that, the order expires and the place returns to the pool.

5.3

The booking becomes effective once payment is recorded and the participant has received an email confirmation from the organiser.

5.4

We issue an invoice on request. The participant provides invoicing details in the order form.

5.5

Payment by another method, for example bank transfer or instalments, is possible only by prior arrangement with the organiser and outside the online shop.

6Cancellation, transfer of participation and refunds

6.1

These rules match the service and online sales terms and conditions.

6.2

Cancellation requires a statement sent by email to [email protected]. The date the message reaches the organiser is what counts.

6.3

Cancellation notified 60 days before the trip starts or earlier: refund of 70% of the price paid.

6.4

Cancellation notified between 59 and 31 days before the trip starts: refund of 50% of the price paid.

6.5

Cancellation notified 30 days before the trip starts or later: no refund.

6.6

Thresholds are counted in calendar days up to the trip start date, i.e. up to 26.09.2026.

6.7

Up to 7 days before the trip starts, a participant may transfer their place free of charge to another person who meets the participation conditions. The participant reports that person's details by email and waits for the organiser's confirmation. Any financial settlement between the participant and the person named takes place outside the service.

6.8

If the organiser cancels the trip, the participant receives a full refund of the amount paid within 14 days of the cancellation being announced.

6.9

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment, within 14 days of confirmation that the cancellation has been accepted.

6.10

The participant arranges cancellation cost insurance independently. The organiser does not provide it.

7Changes to the route and programme

7.1

The route and programme are outline in nature.

7.2

The organiser and skippers may change the route, the order of ports, mooring locations, departure times and elements of the programme where required by weather, sea conditions, crew safety, decisions of the maritime authorities, or marina availability.

7.3

The decision to put to sea and where to moor rests with the boat's skipper and is final.

7.4

Such changes are not a service defect and do not entitle the participant to a refund or a price reduction. The organiser makes every effort to provide a programme of comparable character and value.

7.5

Changing or cancelling a single programme element, for example a specific artist's performance, does not affect the other elements and does not entitle the participant to cancel with a refund.

7.6

We inform participants of significant changes by email and in the closed participants group.

8Rules of participation

8.1

Only an adult may take part.

8.2

Every participant must hold a valid identity document (national ID card or passport) permitting entry to Croatia, and is responsible for having it with them throughout the trip.

8.3

The participant arranges their own travel to Split and back, at their own risk. Missing the fleet's departure or returning early does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8.4

The skipper's instructions apply on board. The skipper is responsible for the safety of the boat and crew, and their decisions are binding on everyone on board.

8.5

The participant agrees to:

  • follow safety rules and the skipper's instructions,
  • use the yacht and its equipment as intended,
  • report any fault, damage or dangerous situation to the skipper,
  • observe quiet hours in marinas and port and local regulations,
  • behave in a way that does not endanger other participants or prevent them from taking part in the programme.
8.6

Alcohol: consuming alcohol to a degree that impairs fitness is prohibited during manoeuvres, swimming and watch duty. A person under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants may not operate the yacht, the tender or any watersports equipment.

8.7

The participant is responsible for damage caused to the yacht and its equipment, including damage settled from the boat owner's charter deposit.

8.8

In serious cases, meaning a threat to safety, aggression, persistent rule-breaking, or preventing the programme from proceeding, the organiser or skipper may exclude a participant from further participation. No refund is due in that case, and the participant covers their own return costs.

8.9

Health: the participant declares that they have no health conditions preventing them from taking part in a week-long sea voyage. Please inform the organiser before departure of any chronic conditions, medication or allergies that could be relevant in the event of an accident.

8.10

The participant is responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser is not liable for items left unattended on board or ashore.

9Liability and insurance

9.1

The organiser is responsible for the outline organisation of the trip: the fleet, skippers, coordination, route and programme, as described in these terms.

9.2

The organiser is not liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, its obligations where this results from force majeure or from circumstances it could not have foreseen or prevented: weather, sea conditions, administrative decisions, strikes, marina closures, faults on the boat owner's side, or other unforeseeable events.

9.3

The organiser is not liable for services the participant buys directly from external providers: transport, accommodation off the yacht, restaurants, clubs, equipment rental and attractions ashore.

9.4

We recommend taking out travel insurance covering medical costs, accident cover and watersports, as well as cancellation cost insurance. The organiser does not provide this insurance as part of the price.

9.5

The boat owner's liability arises from the charter agreement and the laws in force in Croatia.

9.6

Complaints concerning the trip are handled under the terms described in the service and online sales terms and conditions.

10Image and likeness

10.1

A photo and video crew works on the trip. The resulting photos and film material are used later in Baltic Experience brand communications.

10.2

Consent to use of image is voluntary. The participant gives it separately: at purchase through the service, or before departure, in a form made available in the participants group.

10.3

Consent covers publication of material featuring the participant's image on social media, in the service, and in the brand's promotional and advertising materials.

10.4

Declining consent does not affect participation in the trip or the price. A participant who has not given consent is not included in published material as a recognisable person.

10.5

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not cover material already published where withdrawal is not possible.

11Participants' personal data

11.1

The controller of participants' personal data is NEOGRAFIKO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Osiedle 60-lecia Odzyskania Niepodległości Polski 14/4, 83-200 Starogard Gdański.

11.2

The purposes and legal bases for processing, recipients of the data, retention periods and participants' rights are described in the Privacy Policy available in the service.

11.3

Data necessary for the charter, meaning first name, surname and identity document details, is passed to the boat owner, and where required by law, also to Croatian authorities as part of the crew list. Participation in the trip is not possible without this data.

11.4

Health information provided to the organiser is processed only on the basis of the participant's consent and only for the purpose of ensuring safety.

12Final provisions

12.1

These terms of participation, version 1.0, are effective from 1 September 2026.

12.2

Matters not covered here are governed by the service and online sales terms and conditions and by Polish law.

12.3

We keep the version of the terms accepted at the time of order together with the order record. Later changes do not affect contracts already concluded.

12.4

Should any provision prove invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
