Corporate Catamaran Events in Tricity

Instead of a conference room overlooking a car park: a deck, the Gulf of Gdańsk, and a team that talks differently after two hours than it does in the office. We run team building days, client meetings and brand launches.

The formats we run most often

Each one is shaped around the goal, the number of guests and the time of day. The cruise runs as long as it needs to for your plan.

Cała ekipa Baltic Experience pozuje radośnie przy fladze marki na tle morza i wybrzeża, autentyczna wspólna radość, idealne złote światło.

Team building

The whole team on one deck, no tables to split across and no stage with a microphone. People who pass each other in the office kitchen end up talking for three hours here.

Trzy eleganckie osoby (łysy mężczyzna, blondynka w oliwkowej sukni, brodaty mężczyzna) trzymają kieliszki na tle czystego nieba, premium klimat.

Team meetings

A quarterly wrap-up, a project kick-off, or a send-off for the season. A short official part on the water, then dinner and sunset.

Para przytula się na dziobie jachtu pod flagą Baltic Experience, słońce zachodzi nad portem, spektakularne złote niebo.

VIP clients

An intimate cruise for a handful of guests who are hard to impress. Champagne, premium service and time for conversation without rushing.

Cała grupa gości stoi na dziobie katamaranu z kieliszkami, flagi Baltic Experience po bokach, radosne pozowanie na tle morza i miasta.

Launches and brand events

A new product shown somewhere no one expects a conference. We brand the deck to match, and drone footage lands the same week.

Shoots and productions

The catamaran as a film set: campaigns, lookbooks, ads and social content. The crew knows how to work with a production team.

Why it works for companies

An event on the water only makes sense when it is easier to organise than a conference room. With us, it is.

VAT invoice

Billing to a company is standard. We issue the invoice with the details from your order and confirm payment terms when the date is set.

One point of contact

You don't have to call a DJ, a caterer and a photographer separately. You have one person on our side who owns the whole event.

A script from brief to afterparty

We plan the timings, boarding, the official part, and a moment for the group photo. Everyone knows what happens and when.

Weather and a backup plan

We check Baltic conditions as the date approaches. If the sea doesn't allow us to sail, we move the date or switch to a backup option agreed in advance.

Three scenarios to start from

A starting point for the conversation, not a fixed package. We move the timings and elements to fit your calendar.

Team building afternoon

about 3 hours

  • Meeting at the marina, a welcome toast and heading out into the bay.
  • Finger food, background music and time to talk.
  • A group photo on the way back.

Evening with clients

about 2 hours

  • An intimate group, champagne and live saxophone.
  • A short official part in the best light of the day.
  • A restaurant table booked for after you step ashore.

Launch on the water

about 4 hours

  • The deck set up for your brand identity.
  • Product presentation, catering and a DJ after the official part.
  • A photographer and drone throughout the event.

Before you send an enquiry

It depends on the format of the event and whether you're planning a moving cruise or one with a stop. Tell us how many of you there will be, and we'll suggest a deck layout, and more than one vessel if the group is large.

Yes. Just include your company details and tax ID in the enquiry, and we handle the rest once the date is confirmed.

We can arrange both: from finger food to a full dinner, from a classic bar to premium spirits. Mention it in the enquiry and we'll match it to the number of guests and the character of the event.

We decide together, based on the forecast and conditions on the water. Moving the date is standard, and for larger events we agree on a backup option at the planning stage.

Corporate enquiry

We usually reply within one business day. If you're working to a deadline, mention it in the event goal and we'll move faster.
